All assignments for fine art and collectible personal property are unique. For our services, we create a letter of engagement outlining the process, fees and terms that acts as our contract for which each client reviews and signs. Our fees are based on the time it takes to conduct the required evaluation, access necessary research, analyze the market and create the written report; they are not tied to the value of the object(s). Other services we provide include sales representation, artist estate management and expert witness services. Please note, we do not authenticate artwork or issue certificates of authentication.
